make sure
the "Enable Java" and the "Enable JavaScript" are

- Click MY AOL from the tool
bar.
- Choose PREFERENCES.
- Click WWW.
- Click WEB GRAPHICS tab.
- Uncheck the box USE COMPRESSED
GRAPHICS.
