up on your card as . If you used our backup credit card
processor to join, because the first attempt was denied, your charge will show
up as "CCBill"..

How do I cancel my membership?

In case you missed it, there was a link on the page before this one, which said "Cancel a Subscription". Just go and click that
link! There's an automated cancellation page, so you can do it yourself and know
it is done! If you have trouble with the form, there's a phone number listed
there that you can call for help.

I only purchased a trial membership for $1.99. How come I am being billed
each month?
Answer:
By joining, you agreed to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that if
you do not cancel your membership within the trial period, for your convenience you will continue to
be billed each month for your membership. You may cancel at any time by
clicking the "Cancel a Subscription" link on the previous page. When
you cancel, you will receive access for the remaining period of time which you
paid for.

Your account sometimes takes up to an hour to show up in
the billing system. Try back later.
